I exchanged emails with Frank Smith about obtaining a copy of the dictionary on a DVD, since I do a lot of my work off-line. In the near term, this is not possible.

The database is too large. And, they seem not to have planned to design both online and off-line versions. But, I am hopeful that in the future there will be a version available for off-line use. I wonder if this might not be a good space for collaboration with other localization projects like the Open Institute.
